Devon Matthews has spent nearly a decade in ministry with a clear calling: to help people find their place in God’s story and live it out boldly. His heart is especially for the next generation, raising up people who don’t just attend church, but are equipped to live on mission in their everyday lives.
He has served as a youth pastor and community leader, building environments where faith is active, community is real, and lives are transformed. Devon is passionate about seeing the local church become more than a weekly gathering—he believes it should be a movement of people devoted to Jesus, to one another, and to making an impact in their city.
Devon has been married to his wife, Aliyah, for three years, and together they have one son. His family is at the center of everything he does and fuels his desire to help others build strong, faith-filled homes.
Outside of ministry, Devon trains and mentors individuals through his gym, helping people grow in discipline, confidence, and strength—both physically and mentally.
